Sessions are (generally) Morning from 9.15 a.m. to 1 p.m.; Afternoon from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.; Evening from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Other times by arrangement.  

Cost of hire is variable depending upon the size of the room hired and the additional facilities (if any) that are requested, and is reviewed annually. An additional charge may be rendered where pre-recorded music is to be used and no licence is held by those wishing to use it. 

Room 1 - first floor. The room can comfortably sit 8. There is a whiteboard fixed to the East wall, and use of a notice-board by arrangement. It has one entrance/exit, one window facing west, and ample ventilation. It cannot be blacked-out.       

Room 2 - first floor. The room can comfortably sit 25. There is a whiteboard fixed to the North wall, and use of a notice-board, TV/Video/DVD and electronic organ are by arrangement. It has two entrances/exits, two windows facing west, and ample ventilation. It cannot be blacked out.       

Room 3 - first floor. The room can comfortably sit 20. There is a white-board on the South wall, and use of a notice-board is by arrangement.  It has one entrance/exit, one window east, one window west, and ample ventilation. It cannot be blacked-out.

The three rooms are accessed via a communal staircase, and a communal corridor. An emergency exit is available via an adjoining office. (Worthing Relate).

There are no cloakroom facilities on the first floor, and access is by the staircase only.

Large Hall - ground floor. The room can comfortably sit 100. There is a large white screen painted onto the West wall, and use of notice-boards, baby grand piano and PA system (with a hearing  loop) by arrangement. It has two entrances/exits, high windows facing north/south, and adequate ventilation. It can be adequately blacked-out. There is direct access to the kitchen/coffee bar from the hall, and an emergency exit to outside.

A fully-fitted kitchen is available to hirers of the Large Hall, by arrangement, and there is a small cloakroom adjacent to it.

  Small Hall - ground floor. The room can comfortably sit 40. Use of the PA system (with a hearing loop) can be used by arrangement. It has one entrance/exit into the main part of the premises, and a second exit to the outside by arrangement. This also provides for an emergency exit.  It has a large window to the south and a window to the west - both windows are of frosted glass.  It cannot be blacked out. There is a small cloakroom adjacent to the hall.     

Tarring Room - ground floor. The room can comfortably sit 30. A white-board can be made available (on an easel), and use of a notice-board, upright piano and PA System (with a hearing loop) by arrangement. The walls are painted in a light colour. It has one entrance/exit and a bank of north-facing windows. It can be adequately blacked out. 
Church Library - A small, varied, non-fiction library is also located here.

Lounge - ground floor. This is a communal area with easy chairs, and provides access to all parts of the premises. There is a coffee bar, which is open 6 mornings a week from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, and manned by a team of volunteers. Other times are by arrangement.

Full cloakroom facilities, for men, women and disabled users, are available on the ground floor. The disabled toilet also has baby-changing facilities installed within it.

There is a payphone on the ground floor, which is emptied daily.

Access to the building is gained through a small courtyard, via a short flight of steps at the front and a ramp at the side.

Other resources available (by arrangement only) - two overhead projectors; one single-slide projector with sound-strip facility; two small portable white screens and one 6' x 6' portable white screen; three TVs (to support video/DVD/playstation only) - one on the ground floor, and two on the first floor (Room 2 & Room 5); one video-player; one portable CD/Cassette Tape/Radio; and one (collapsible) wheelchair for use throughout the ground floor.
