Who are we?

Membership - We are an open Baptist Church. We welcome new members through Believers’ Baptism or by Profession of faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, or by transfer from other Christian Churches.

Leadership - Our Minister is appointed by the Church Members, who also elect twelve Deacons to support her and to administer the work of the Church.

Belief - As Christians, we believe that God is the Creator and Sustainer of our World. We believe that God is most fully revealed to us in Jesus Christ. We also believe that He is alive today, and active in our world through the Holy Spirit. We seek to follow his teaching and example, and to serve Him as Lord in our daily lives.

We believe that God wants us to be concerned not only for our own families, but also for others, both locally and in every part of the world.

As a Church, we express part of this concern by supporting the Baptist Home Mission, the Baptist Missionary Society and Christian Aid.
